Mrs. Minnie Moo® (me, Amanda) has taking the development of the NEW Minnie®Moo Maxi toddler car seat beyond a parent’s expectation; combining the ideas and feedback from many Minnie Moo® customers we launch the NEW Maxi Moo™.   The first Minnie Moo® maxi toddler car seat cover was designed in 2008, launched at the Baby Show Excel 2009.  150 Minnie Moo Mums tested the cover and a few of them let us know exactly what they thought of it, we were overwhelmed by all the happy mummy’s and the feedback on how we could make the Maxi Moo™.  We’ve opened up the market to a large range of Group 1 car seats by adding more strap holes and made it big enough to fit some of the large car seats.   A Minnie Moo® Mummy, Lynn aka Head of Research and Development was currently using a Maxi Cosi Priori XP and this was specifically one of the car seats that the older Minnie Moo® maxi struggled to fit, she kindly drew on the back of her Maxi Moo™ cover where the additional holes needed to be and determined how much larger the Maxi needed to be.

When the new Minnie Moo® Maxi ‘s arrived the we were all so excited to try it out, the Head of Research and Development (Moo Mummy Lynnie), promptly got her sons car seat from the car and we all had a go at putting it on, it’s so much fun when the hard work all comes together.  There’s such a long time between choosing the material, designing the fabric, creating the pattern, fitting it and testing it, just when you have forgotten about the new products they turn up and you are able to see the improvements compared to the old one with your own eyes.  I can’t say that I always do things perfectly, but I do things the way I can with the amount of time and money I have.  In business you need to be fast, effective and efficient, but it’s not always possible.  If you don’t get your products into the market as quickly and efficiently as possible there’ always the chance that another bigger company will beat you to it and as they have the infrastructure in place to get into the market very efficiently.

Cushioned Summer Pushchair Liner

A cotton quilted cover that fits a variety of pushchairs such as the Bugaboo, McLaren and Mamas and Papas.  It’s quilted and fits over the top of the pushchair and doesn’t slip down when your little one wiggles about.   If you want to refresh a pushchair or just want to make your little ones journey a little more comfy this summer the Mosi does the job.  Easily removed, washed and replaced and stops your little ones legs sticking to the back of the chair.  The Mosi comes in the Medo Green Dots and the Moca Brown Cow Print two new colours for Summer 2011.

For body temperature to be stable, heat losses need to be balanced against heat production. If they do not, the body heat content will change, causing body temperature to rise or fall. An experienced Mother of 4 refreshes her Maxi Cosi Carset with the New Cotton Car Seat Cover!

The Cotton Car Seat Liner has no ties or complicated instructions; it lies on top of the original car seat cover which should NEVER be removed as it re is ‘s part of the safety of your car seat.

The liner fits over the top and bottom and holds in place by the straps being threaded through.

Fitting the Car Seat Hood

The hood fits over the handles of the car seat with elastic keeping it in place.  The easiest way is to fit the hood is to loop one side first, over the top and pulled down the back.  The cotton hood is larger than the standard hood and is great way of keeping baby shady and cool.
